Shift Happens

Transformational Support for Authentic Change

Where play, practice, and purpose come together
Do you want to learn to trust yourself and follow through on your promises... without punishment or force?

Shift Happens is a practice-based approach to change that centers curiosity, play, and an honest relationship with self.

The work is primarily group-based. I facilitate structured, connective spaces where people practice showing up, recalibrating when needed, and taking steady steps toward what matters to them.

There are multiple ways to engage — from self-paced foundational work to longer group containers, ongoing support, and seasonal in-person workshops — all grounded in the same core orientation.

My role is not to fix you or hold you accountable—it’s to help you strengthen your belief in yourself and your ability to shift, at your own pace.

Philosophy

What happens when discipline comes from genuine self-connection and curiosity, rather than pressure, shame, or willpower? Shift Happens.

When people learn how to stay in relationship with themselves — especially when they fall off track — consistency and authentic change become more possible, not less.

I don’t promise transformation by force or spiritual bypassing. What I offer instead are structured, relational, and playful spaces where people can practice honesty, curiosity, and self-kindness with support.

You are not broken. My role isn’t to fix you or force change, but rather to support a way of being with yourself that makes sustainable change more likely: staying connected, staying curious, and continuing to choose what matters most.
